The Diamond in the Raw is an organization whose mission is to educate, expose and inspire at risk teens (with an emphasis on teenage girls) to careers in the entertainment field.

They accomplish their mission through Sista2sista shadowing, HIP/N/SMART and Concepts in a BOX Summer Boot Camp, Thrill of Victory Scholarship Fund and by collaborating with several existing agencies. The foundation also grants scholarships to at–risk girls.

On October 17, 2010 the Diamond in the Raw Foundation will host its annual fundraising, the Celebrity & Stuntwomen's Awards. Many of Hollywood's celebrated stunt professionals, celebrities and executives will be attending the event, which will be held in Los Angeles, California at the Skirball Cultural Center.
